Email notifications allow you to automatically receive a message each time a new form or survey is submitted, without having to manually check for responses.

This allows you to respond quickly to requests from your prospects or customers and share the details of submissions with your team.

Notification option in the secondary bar

  1. Open your form or survey in CrocoClick.

  2. Click on the 🔔 icon located in the secondary bar on the right.

  3. Activate the Email notification button to enable notifications.

Configure email notifications (acknowledgment of receipt for the administrator)

In the Email Notifications sidebar, fill in the following fields:

  • Subject
Enter the subject of the email. If you leave this field blank, the name of the form or survey will be used by default. You can insert merge fields to customize the subject.

  • Email (To)
Enter one or more email addresses. Each address is automatically converted into a tag as soon as you type it.

  • Sender name
If you do not fill in anything, CrocoClick will use the name of your location or agency as the sender.

Set up the auto-responder (acknowledgment of receipt for the customer)

The auto-responder instantly sends an email to the person who just submitted your form, containing a copy of their responses. Here's how to activate it:

  1. Activate the Auto-responder button.

  2. Set up the message content:

  • Subject: Write a clear subject line.

  • Reply email: Customize the default reply email address using {{contact.email}} to allow you to reply to the contact who submitted the form.

  • Sender name: Enter the name that will appear in the recipient's inbox.

Save and test

Click Save to save your configuration.

This feature ensures an immediate response to your users and improves their experience by confirming that their submission has been received.
