Facebook integration allows you to connect one or more Facebook Pages to CrocoClick in order to:
Automatically receive leads from Facebook Lead Ads forms
Centralize exchanges (depending on your configuration)
Trigger automations as soon as a lead arrives
Prerequisites
Facebook access required
To connect Facebook, you must use a Facebook account that has the correct permissions for:
Facebook Pages
Lead Ads forms
Access to leads (permission to read leads)
You must be the admin of the Page (or have sufficient access to manage leads).
⚠️ If you have multiple Business Managers, connect the Facebook account that actually has access to the assets (Pages, forms, leads). Otherwise, you will see "nothing" or only part of it.
Prepare your fields
Recommended
If your Facebook forms contain custom questions, provide custom fields in CrocoClick to map the answers correctly.
Field types that are generally compatible:
Text
Long text
Numeric
Phone
Monetary
Single choice
Date
Good practice: keep field names consistent. Renaming questions in Facebook can break an existing mapping.
Step 1: Connect Facebook
Go to Settings → Integrations
Open Facebook
Click Connect
Log in to the correct Facebook account
Accept the requested permissions
Select the Pages to connect (you can choose several)
Once validated, the integration status should appear as Connected.
Step 2: Activate and map the forms
Facebook Lead Ads
Once the Pages are connected, CrocoClick can retrieve the list of available forms.
Activate a form
In the Facebook management screen (in CrocoClick), locate the form to activate
Click on the play icon (or equivalent) to start activation and mapping
Map the fields
Click on Map fields
Associate each Facebook field (e.g., email, phone number, custom questions) with a CrocoClick field
Save
Pause a form
To stop collecting leads from a form:
Use the pause icon (or disable the form from the management screen)
Step 3: Automate follow-up
CrocoClick automations
Simple recommendation:
Trigger: Facebook form submitted (or "Facebook lead received" depending on the title)
Actions: opportunity creation, assignment, SMS/email, internal notification, etc.
Add a filter by form name if you have several active forms to avoid mixing up the paths.
Manage connected Pages
Add a new Page
Go back to Settings → Integrations → Facebook
Add a Page via the management screen (if available)
Authorize and select the new Page
Remove a Page
Remove the Page from the Facebook management screen in CrocoClick (if the option is available), then verify that the linked forms are no longer active.
Disconnect Facebook
Go to Settings → Integrations
Open Facebook
Click Disconnect
⚠️ After disconnecting, leads will no longer be uploaded and related automations will no longer be triggered.
Troubleshooting
I can't see my Page or form
Check that your Facebook account has access to the Page
Verify that you have accepted all permissions when connecting
Disconnect and then reconnect the integration, making sure you are using the correct Facebook account (and the correct Business Manager)
The mapping is incomplete
Create the necessary custom fields in CrocoClick
Return to the form and restart the mapping
A lead is not coming through
Check that the form is active (not paused).
Test by sending a lead from Facebook (if available)
Check that the contact has arrived in CrocoClick (contact created, fields filled in, tags if applicable)
