The Contacts tab is the heart of your CrocoClick CRM. It allows you to centralize, manage, and leverage all information about your prospects, customers, partners, suppliers, and more.

Thanks to a powerful and intuitive interface, you can stay in control of your relationships and actions.

What is the Contacts tab used for?

  • Data centralization: each file lists all the information (email, phone number, status, tags, history, etc.).

  • Advanced segmentation: categorize using contact types, tags, and smart filters (Smart Lists).

  • Marketing targeting & sales follow-up: launch group actions, trigger automations or personalized campaigns.

  • Activity history: find all interactions, notes, tasks, appointments, and documents associated with each contact.
