CrocoClick allows you to customize and manage your reports and KPIs using modular dashboards.

This guide explains in detail how to navigate, configure, and optimize your CrocoClick dashboards:

Steps to create a customized dashboard

1. Access the Dashboard area

Navigate through the main menu to the Dashboards section of your subaccount.

2. Create a new Dashboard

  • Click on the Dashboard selection menu, then on "+ Add a Dashboard" in the drop-down list.

3. Name your Dashboard

  • In the add window, enter a descriptive name to identify your Dashboard.

4. Manage visibility, rights, and access

  • Use the "Private Dashboard" button to restrict access to yourself only (ON = private / OFF = shared with the team).

  • If the Dashboard is shared (private = OFF), assign access levels (Administrator, Agency User, Account User).

5. Save and create your Dashboard

  • Click "Confirm" to finalize the creation.

  • You will be taken to a blank Dashboard, ready to add your widgets and indicators.

6. Add widgets (indicators or reporting blocks)

There are three methods:

a) Add suggested widgets (Quick Start)

  • Follow the "What is your goal?" wizard or select "Top widgets used" to quickly add relevant indicators.

  • Confirm by clicking on "Confirm & Add."

b) Manually add a widget

  • Click on "+ Add a widget manually" to open the advanced configuration panel.

c) Add a widget in edit mode

  • Activate edit mode (pencil icon), then click "+ Add a widget."

7. Configure and customize a widget

  • Configure the widget: name, type (curve, key figure, table, etc.), data sources, filters, etc.

  • For each block, you can adjust the display, permissions, and tracked items

8. Save and organize your Widgets

  • Click "Save" in the widget panel to confirm its addition.

  • Rearrange the widgets by dragging and dropping them if necessary.

  • Once all your elements are in place, finish by clicking "✓ Save changes" to exit edit mode.

9. Manage, modify, and duplicate your Dashboards

  • Modify a Dashboard: Click on the pencil / "Modify"

  • Duplicate a Dashboard: Use the "Clone" option to create an identical Dashboard on the same sub-account.

  • Pin to favorites: Add your favorite Dashboards to the top of the list for quick access.

10. Advanced permissions and sharing

  • Change Dashboard access levels (administrator, user, etc.) at any time

  • For each dashboard: manage rights to add, modify, and view.
