Good news: with CrocoClick, you don't have to create anything manually.
Once you have connected a domain or subdomain to your account (as explained in the article How to create a CrocoClick Mailing Domain (@mondomaine.com)), you can immediately send emails using your own domain.
Example:
Once your domain is configured (mondomaine.com or mail.mondomaine.com), you can use any address you want:
Even if you connect "mail.mydomain.com" or "lc.mydomain.com," you can still use an @mydomain.com address (no need to add "mail" or "lc").
Simply type them into the "From" field when you send an email in CrocoClick... and that's it ✅
How is this technically possible?
CrocoClick uses a dedicated sending domain, linked to your domain name via DNS records (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC).
👉 This system authenticates your emails with email servers (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) and proves that CrocoClick is authorized to send emails on your behalf.
In other words:
The email is sent by CrocoClick servers,
But it appears to come from your domain,
which guarantees credibility and optimal deliverability without you having to manage an additional email account.
Thanks to this integration, every new address before the "@" is automatically recognized and usable.
No need to create a specific account or mailbox: everything works instantly.
And if someone replies to this email... the email goes directly to the "Conversations" tab.
💡 TIP: If you want to keep your current email account (Gmail, OVH, etc.), simply connect a subdomain (e.g., mail.mondomaine.com) to CrocoClick.
This will allow you to send professional emails via CrocoClick, while continuing to use your existing email service.
