The Automation tab is the brain of your CrocoClick. It allows you to automate all your repetitive actions, customize your customer journeys, and connect your internal/external tools without coding.
With this space, you can create powerful workflows that transform each event (registration, payment, form, campaign response, etc.) into automatic actions: emails, text messages, notifications, profile changes, tag additions, reminders, and more.
What is the Automation tab for?
Automate the sending of emails/SMS after an action or on a specific date
Send reminders for appointments, events, webinars, or deadlines
Segment your contacts according to their behavior or responses
Automatically notify your team when actions or follow-ups are needed
Connect CrocoClick to other software (calendar, CRM, external tools, etc.) via webhook or API
