CrocoClick allows you to customize and manage your reports and KPIs using modular dashboards.
This guide explains in detail how to navigate, configure, and optimize your CrocoClick dashboards:
Steps to create a customized dashboard
1. Access the Dashboard area
Navigate through the main menu to the Dashboards section of your subaccount.
2. Create a new Dashboard
Click on the Dashboard selection menu, then on "+ Add a Dashboard" in the drop-down list.
3. Name your Dashboard
In the add window, enter a descriptive name to identify your Dashboard.
4. Manage visibility, rights, and access
Use the "Private Dashboard" button to restrict access to yourself only (ON = private / OFF = shared with the team).
If the Dashboard is shared (private = OFF), assign access levels (Administrator, Agency User, Account User).
5. Save and create your Dashboard
Click "Confirm" to finalize the creation.
You will be taken to a blank Dashboard, ready to add your widgets and indicators.
6. Add widgets (indicators or reporting blocks)
There are three methods:
a) Add suggested widgets (Quick Start)
Follow the "What is your goal?" wizard or select "Top widgets used" to quickly add relevant indicators.
Confirm by clicking on "Confirm & Add."
b) Manually add a widget
Click on "+ Add a widget manually" to open the advanced configuration panel.
c) Add a widget in edit mode
Activate edit mode (pencil icon), then click "+ Add a widget."
7. Configure and customize a widget
Configure the widget: name, type (curve, key figure, table, etc.), data sources, filters, etc.
For each block, you can adjust the display, permissions, and tracked items
8. Save and organize your Widgets
Click "Save" in the widget panel to confirm its addition.
Rearrange the widgets by dragging and dropping them if necessary.
Once all your elements are in place, finish by clicking "✓ Save changes" to exit edit mode.
9. Manage, modify, and duplicate your Dashboards
Modify a Dashboard: Click on the pencil / "Modify"
Duplicate a Dashboard: Use the "Clone" option to create an identical Dashboard on the same sub-account.
Pin to favorites: Add your favorite Dashboards to the top of the list for quick access.
10. Advanced permissions and sharing
Change Dashboard access levels (administrator, user, etc.) at any time
For each dashboard: manage rights to add, modify, and view.
