Community events allow you to organize in-person meetups, online workshops, or celebrations to strengthen member engagement. Follow these simple steps to create and publish an event in your group.

Step 1: Access the community

  1. Log in to your CrocoClick account.

  2. In the main menu, go to Subscriptions > Communities > Groups, then select your community.

  3. You can also open your community's URL directly.

Step 2: Add a new event

  1. Click on the Events tab at the top of the page.

  2. In the calendar view, click on + Event.

Name of your event

Color to identify the event in the calendar

5. Time zone

Select the appropriate time zone

6. Recurrence

Check if the event repeats (weekly, monthly, etc.)

7. Location

Choose Zoom, Google Meet, or enter a physical address

8. Link

URL or address of the location

9. Description

Presentation of the event and reasons to participate

10. Hide the location

Check to keep the location confidential

11. Image

Upload an image to illustrate the event

12. Authorized participants

Select "Members only" or a specific level

13. Email reminder

Enable to send a reminder 24 hours before

Click Next to proceed to payment setup.

Step 4: Configure payment (optional)

  • Paid: Specify the Price, Currency, then enable/disable direct payments.

  • Free: Leave free for your members.

Step 5: Save and notify

  1. Click Create Event to publish your event.

  2. Authorized members will automatically receive an email with a registration link.
