Step 1: Create the automation

Go to Automation > Workflows and create a new workflow.

Step 2: Add a trigger

  1. Commonly used trigger: The most commonly used trigger is the completion of a purchase form.

    For example, using Form Submission as a trigger, you can set the submission type to "sale" so that automation is triggered as soon as a user purchases access to your community.

  2. Alternative triggers: You can also choose other triggers depending on your needs.

    For example, an added tag can be used to grant access by adding a specific tag to the contact, such as "Community - VIP Access." This allows you to trigger the workflow without going through a purchase form and grant access in a more flexible way.
