It is now possible to activate payments directly from an appointment.

This allows your business to receive payment at the same time a customer books a slot in your calendar.

👉 Ideal for activities that require payment to confirm a session, consultation, or coaching.

1. Available payment providers

CrocoClick calendars are compatible with 5 payment gateways:

  • Stripe

  • NMI

  • Authorize.net

  • Razorpay

  • Square

⚠️ Please note: Razorpay, NMI, and Square gateways are not yet compatible with the services menu.

2. Add a payment gateway

Before you can enable payments on a calendar, you must first connect a payment gateway to your CrocoClick account.

Steps:

  1. Go to your CrocoClick account

  2. Open the Payments > Integrations tab

  3. Select the desired provider (e.g., Stripe)

  4. Follow the instructions to connect your account

💡 Tip: If you connect multiple gateways, a drop-down menu will allow you to choose the default gateway.

Only this default gateway will be used to collect payments.

3. Enable payments on a calendar

Once the gateway is connected:

  1. Go to Calendar Settings

  2. Click on the three dots to the right of an existing calendar to edit it, or create a new one

  3. Open the Forms & Payments tab

  4. Activate the "Accept payments" button

Fields displayed after activation:

  • Amount (with currency)

  • Description

  • Payment method: Test or Live

Test vs. Live mode:

  • Test (deactivated): payment is simulated, no actual transaction is made.

  • Live (enabled): payment is real and goes through the connected gateway.

⚠️ Important note: Partial payments do not work with recurring schedules.

Common issue

If you don't see the payment options, it's probably because no payment gateway has been integrated yet.

Return to the "Add a payment gateway" section and follow the integration steps.
