My CrocoClick appointments are not showing up in Google Calendar / Outlook / iCloud Calendar

If your CrocoClick appointments are not showing up in your external calendar, follow these steps:

1. Check that the calendar is properly connected

  • Go to your CrocoClick account settings.

  • Make sure your external calendar (Google Calendar, Outlook, or iCloud Calendar) is properly connected.

  • If it is not, reconnect it by following the authentication process.

2. Check that synchronization is enabled

  • Once the calendar is connected, check that synchronization is enabled.

  • If necessary, force a manual synchronization to update your appointments.

My CrocoClick appointment slots remain available even if I already have appointments in my external calendar at that time

To prevent slots from being offered when they are already booked in your external calendar, follow these steps:

1. Check that you have selected the correct calendar in the conflicting calendars

  • Go to the CrocoClick calendar settings.

  • Make sure that the external calendar to be taken into account for conflicts is selected.

2. Check that the events in the external calendar are marked as "blocked."

  • Some events in your external calendar may be marked as "free" instead of "busy."

  • Change the settings for these events so that they are considered "blocking."

The timeslots in my calendar are incorrect

If the timeslots displayed in your calendar do not match your availability, here are some things to check:

1. Check the account time zone

  • Go to the general settings of your CrocoClick account.

  • Make sure the time zone is set correctly.

2. Check the user's time zone

  • Each user may have a different time zone.

  • Check the settings for the user in question to ensure that the time zone is correct.

3. Check the user's availability times and days

  • The user's availability must be configured correctly in the profile.

4. Check the calendar's availability times and days

  • Make sure that the times in the calendar itself are configured correctly.

  • The slots displayed depend on both the calendar and user availability.

5. Check the pre-appointment and post-appointment buffer times

  • If you have configured buffer times before or after appointments, they may affect the available slots.

I don't understand the difference between user availability and calendar availability

Here is an explanation:

Calendar availability

  • A calendar can be used by multiple users.

  • Calendar availability defines a general time slot, for example:

    • 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.

User availability

  • Each user has their own availability within the calendar time slots, for example:

    • 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Tuesday to Saturday.

How the system combines the two

  • The system displays available slots based on both sets of availability.

    Example:

    • If the calendar is available from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and the user from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., the available slots will be 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Tuesday to Friday.

I don't understand the difference between the user's time zone and the account's time zone

Account time zone

  • The account time zone defines the main reference for calendar schedules.

  • All calendars follow this time zone.

User time zone

  • Each user can operate in a different time zone.

  • The slots available for that user will be adjusted according to their own time zone.

Example

  • If the account time zone is set to UTC+1, and a calendar has availability from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., this means that this availability is in UTC+1.

  • If a user operates in UTC+3 with availability from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in their time zone, the slots displayed will be adjusted.

    • The available slots will therefore be visible from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., since the user's time zone is two hours ahead.
