In this article, we’ll show you how to access and download recordings of your CrocoLive sessions (webinars or meetings).

Automatic Session Recording

All your live sessions on CrocoLive are automatically recorded.
This is ideal if, for example, you want to turn a live webinar into an automated webinar using CrocoLive’s “Evergreen” feature.

💡 TIP: Recordings of live sessions are kept for 2 months. After this period, they may be automatically deleted. If you want to keep them, be sure to download them beforehand.

How to access your recordings

  1. Log in to your CrocoLive dashboard.

  2. Go to the live webinar whose recording you want to view and click the arrow to the right of the live webinar’s name

  3. Click the “Links” button.

  4. In the window that opens, click “Recordings.”

A page will open with a list of all recordings related to this webinar.

⏳ It may take a few minutes after your live session ends for the recording to become available.

Manage your recordings

On the recordings page, you can:

  • 🎬 Watch a recording directly in your browser.

  • ⬇️ Download the recording to your computer (from the playback page).

  • 🗑️ Delete recordings you no longer want to keep.

What’s next?

Once downloaded, the video is yours! You can:

  • Post it on your social media.

  • Use it in your training sessions or sales pages.

  • Or even create an automated webinar in CrocoLive, using this recording as the video source.

Good to know

  • Recordings are available only for Live sessions (Webinars or Meetings).

  • Recordings are stored on CrocoLive servers for 2 months.

  • Processing time varies depending on the duration of the live session and the stability of the connection.
