Get started with ClickUp

You can connect ClickUp to CrocoClick in two ways.

Method 1: From an automation

  1. Open Automations → Workflows.

  2. Add a ClickUp trigger or action.

  3. If ClickUp is not yet connected, click Connect.

  4. Authorize access to your ClickUp account.

Method 2: From integrations

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations.

  2. Select ClickUp.

  3. Connect your account and authorize access.

Troubleshooting

I can't see my ClickUp spaces or lists

  • Check that the connected ClickUp account has access to the relevant spaces.

  • Check that the authorization has not expired.

  • Disconnect and reconnect the integration if necessary.

The trigger isn't launching

  • Check that the automation is published.

  • Keep in mind that there may be a delay depending on the event and ClickUp availability.

Best practices
