Google Ads integration allows you to automatically synchronize leads from Google Ads lead forms in CrocoClick, then trigger follow-up automations (qualification, follow-ups, appointments, etc.).
It is ideal for capturing advertising leads in real time and processing them without re-entry.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:
A Google account with access to Google Ads.
Google Ads campaigns with active lead forms.
Administrator access to your CrocoClick space.
Without these elements, synchronization will not work.
Step 1: Connect Google Ads
Go to Settings → Integrations.
Open Google Ads and click Manage.
If an Install page appears, install or activate the integration.
Log in to your Google account via OAuth.
Select the Google Ads account(s) you want to sync.
Once the connection is complete, the status should appear as Connected.
Step 2: Enable form synchronization
Once Google Ads is connected, CrocoClick retrieves the list of available forms.
The list of forms is displayed with:
The associated campaign
The form status
Click on the Play/Activate icon on the form to be synchronized.
Open the field mapping screen.
Associate each Google Ads field (email, phone, questions, etc.) with a CrocoClick field.
Save.
To stop sending leads from a form, use the Pause icon.
Step 3: Automate follow-up
Once the form is active and mapped, you can trigger CrocoClick automations.
Recommended configuration:
Trigger
Google Lead Form Submitted
(or "Google Lead Form Submitted" depending on the title)Actions
Contact assignment
Opportunity creation
Send SMS or email
Proposal or appointment scheduling
Internal notifications
You can add filters by form name if multiple forms are active.
Testing the integration
To check that everything is working:
In Google Ads, open the relevant campaign.
Go to the lead form block.
Open the linked form.
Use the Send test data option (if available).
Check that:
The contact arrives in CrocoClick.
The automation triggers correctly.
Google may display a warning message when sending test data. For testing purposes, this message can usually be ignored.
Troubleshooting
I can't see my forms
Check that you have selected the correct Google Ads account.
Verify that the forms exist and are linked to active campaigns.
Disconnect and then reconnect the integration if necessary.
Leads are not coming through
Check that the form is enabled (not paused).
Check the field mapping (email, phone number, required fields).
Run a test via Send test data in Google Ads.
