Connect TikTok Lead Ads to CrocoClick to automatically synchronize Instant Forms leads and trigger follow-up automations as soon as they are submitted.

The TikTok Lead Ads integration allows you to automatically retrieve leads from TikTok forms (Instant Forms) in CrocoClick, then trigger follow-up automations (qualification, follow-ups, appointments, etc.).

It is ideal for processing TikTok leads in real time, without manual export.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • A TikTok Business account with at least one advertiser account.

  • At least one Instant Form created in TikTok Ads.

  • Access to your CrocoClick Settings.

Step 1: Activate TikTok Lead Ads integration (if necessary)

Depending on your plan or configuration, the integration may need to be activated first.

  • Go to Settings → Labs (or equivalent section).

  • Activate TikTok Lead Ads if a switch is available.

Step 2: Connect your TikTok Business account

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations.

  2. Open TikTok Lead Ads and click Connect.

  3. Log in to your TikTok Business account.

  4. Leave the permissions checked and confirm access.

Choose the advertiser account

  • If multiple advertiser accounts are available, select the one you want to connect.

  • You can change your advertiser account later from the management screen.

Step 3: Map the form fields

  1. Open the TikTok Form Mapping tab (or equivalent).

  2. For each form, click Map Fields.

  3. Match the TikTok fields to the corresponding CrocoClick fields.

  4. Click Update/Save to activate synchronization.

Important notes about fields

  • Multi-select fields are not always supported depending on the integration version.

  • Custom field types that are generally compatible:

    • Text

    • Long text

    • Numeric

    • Phone

    • Monetary

    • Single choice

    • Date

Good practice: keep field names consistent. Changing questions on TikTok requires updating the mapping.

Step 4: Create your TikTok follow-up automation

Recommended strategy:

  • Trigger
    Contact created

  • Condition (IF/ELSE)
    Source = TikTok
    Note: case sensitivity may apply.

  • Actions

    • Add tags

    • Opportunity creation

    • Assign to sales rep

    • Sending SMS or email

    • Proposing or scheduling appointments

    • Internal notifications

This approach avoids multiplying triggers and centralizes the logic.

Troubleshooting

"No page/form for this account"

  • Check that at least one Instant Form exists in TikTok Ads.

  • Return to CrocoClick and refresh the mapping screen.

“Access Token expired”

  • Disconnect TikTok from Settings → Integrations.

  • Reconnect the integration to generate a new token.

I modified my form during the campaign

  • Create the new fields you need in CrocoClick.

  • Go back to the TikTok mapping and associate the new fields.

Pause the arrival of leads

  • Deactivate the form from the management screen (toggle/pause).

  • New leads will no longer be sent while the form is paused.

FAQ

Can the same TikTok account be connected to multiple CrocoClick spaces?

In general, yes, as long as the field mapping is correctly configured in each space.
Watch out for duplicates if several spaces share the same pipelines.
