Store owners can now seamlessly import and synchronize data from their WooCommerce store.

This new feature simplifies store migration and management by importing contacts, orders, and transactions into a CrocoClick account.

In addition, it offers the ability to leverage CrocoClick's advanced automation features, including triggers such as "Order Submitted" and "Payment Received" to further automate your process.

How to use the WooCommerce integration

1. Access Integration Settings

  • Go to your account, then Settings > Integration > WooCommerce.

2. Connect your WooCommerce Store

  • Click the "Connect" button to start the setup.

  • A window will appear asking you to enter the valid URL of your WooCommerce store (example: https://votreboutique.com without a trailing slash).

3. Select the Data to Import

  • In the "Items to Import" screen, choose the data to import from your WooCommerce store.

  • The available options include:

    • Contacts

    • Orders

    • Transactions

💡TIP: If you want to re-import data (for example, if you forgot something during the first import), disconnect and then reconnect the integration.

This will trigger a new import of all selected data.

4. Configure Synchronization Settings

  • In the "Synchronization Settings" screen, choose the items you want to continuously synchronize from WooCommerce to your account.

  • Synchronization options include:

    • Contacts

    • Orders

    • Transactions

    • "Order Submitted" trigger

    • "Payment Received" trigger

5. Finalize Configuration

  • After selecting the items to import and synchronize, click "Save."

  • Please note that the import and synchronization process may take a few moments.

  • A window will ask you to log in to your store to finalize the import.

💡TIP: If you click "Save" and get an error page, then the URL you entered initially contains an error where there is a slash ("/") at the end.

6. Manage Synchronization Settings

  • Once the WooCommerce integration is successfully connected, you can enable or disable items to be synchronized for future orders directly from your account.

Notes and Additional Information

  • WooCommerce integration criteria:

    • Your CrocoClick account can only be linked to one WooCommerce account.

    • Furthermore, if the WooCommerce account is already connected to another CrocoClick account, the connection will not be authorized.

  • Type of customers imported:

    • Customers with the roles "customers" and "subscribers" will be imported.

  • Creating contacts when customer synchronization is disabled:

    • Even if contact synchronization is disabled, contacts related to orders will be created if order synchronization is enabled.

  • Management of purchases in "guest" mode:

    • Customers who make a payment as guests will be imported as contacts.

    • However, no future updates or synchronization will be performed for these accounts.

  • Matching WooCommerce order statuses:

    • "Completed" or "Refunded" in WooCommerce → "Completed" in the CrocoClick account.

    • "Cancelled" or "Failed" in WooCommerce → "Cancelled" in the CrocoClick account.

    • All other statuses in WooCommerce → "Pending" in the CrocoClick account.
