Create a training offer or training bundle in Crococlick
In Crococlick, an offer is essential to allow your users to access one or more training courses.
Whether you are selling a single training course or a bundle of several courses, it is the offer that defines the conditions of access (free or paid) and the terms of sale.
Simply put, you should think of your training courses as the "content" and the offer as the "container."
Follow these steps to easily create an offer and customize your product.
Before you begin...
Set up your courses: Make sure the courses you want to include in the offer are ready.
Connect your payment system (optional): If the offer is paid, don't forget to connect your payment gateway (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
Create a training offer
Step 1: Go to the Subscription tab
Go to the Subscription tab and click on Courses in the top right corner.
Select Offer.

Step 2: Create a new offer
Click on "Create an offer."

Give your offer a name (e.g., "My Super Training") in Title.
Select the training courses you want to include in this offer in Product.
Choose whether your offer is free or paid
Click on Create

💡TIP: Once you have created your paid offer, a "payment product" is automatically created. You can then add multiple prices, offer payments in several monthly installments, etc. directly from the "payment" tab in CrocoClick. For more information, see the article on payment products
Step 3: Set up the offer details
Add the price of the offer (if it is a paid offer, make sure the payment gateway is connected)
Define the accessibility of the offer: You can set the start date for access to a specific date and/or restrict member access for a specified period.
Write a description of the offer.
Add the training course(s) included in the offer or bundle.
Add an image to illustrate your offer.
Save your changes.


Step 5: Add complementary sales/upsells (optional)
You can associate additional sales with your offer by clicking on upsell.

Click on Add an additional offer
Choose the option:
One-click sale: The user can add another offer after making their first purchase.
In-app upsell: The complementary offer is visible in the member's training library and can be purchased directly from this interface.


Step 6: Get an automatic payment link
Once your offer is created, a product is automatically created with the price set in step 3. This allows you to obtain a payment link to copy, which you can retrieve by clicking on Get link.

You can edit your payment link by clicking on Edit Cart.

If necessary, customize the offer details, additional contact information, and service agreement.

3. Click Create

Step 7: Review and publish the offer
After configuring all the details, click Publish to make your offer available.
Click Save to confirm all changes.

The offer is the central element that provides access to your training courses. Even for a free training course, it is essential to create an offer.
Once the offer has been created, you can modify the product linked to the offer in order to offer several prices or payment methods (see article on payment products).
