Migrating from GHL (or an agency) to CrocoClick

Find out how to easily migrate your GoHighLevel or GHL agency account to CrocoClick with the official sub-account transfer.

If you’re currently using GoHighLevel through another agency or directly through HighLevel, you can migrate your account to CrocoClick.

Good news: The migration is official, simple, and secure, as it uses HighLevel’s native account transfer system.

This is not a copy or a reconstruction. Your sub-account is literally moved as-is to CrocoClick.

What you need to know before you start

A sub-account transfer involves:

The complete transfer of an account from one agency to another.

This means:

  • All data remains intact

  • The account simply changes branches

  • Nothing is recreated or reimported

⚠️ Important:

It is not possible to:

  • transfer only part of the data

  • merge two accounts

  • move only certain items

The transfer applies to the entire account.

Step 1 — Request the transfer from your current agency

If your account is managed by a GHL agency, simply ask them to perform a Sub-Account Transfer to CrocoClick.

To do this, provide them with:

  • Your transfer request

  • The CrocoClick Relationship Number

Once the request is sent, CrocoClick will receive a notification and can approve the migration.

Here is the official HighLevel procedure: Go to “Agency Level → Sub-Accounts → Manage Client → Actions → Transfer Sub-account”


Please use the following Relationship Number:
0-158-953


Once the request is sent, the CrocoClick agency can simply approve it to finalize the migration.

Step 2 — Procedure for the current agency

Your agency must follow these steps:

1️⃣ Go to

Agency Level → Sub-Accounts 

2️⃣ Click on Manage Client for the relevant account

3️⃣ Click on

Actions → Transfer Sub-account 

4️⃣ Enter the CrocoClick Relationship Number (0-158-953)

5️⃣ Confirm the request

A transfer request will then be sent.

The agency can track the transfer status in:

Agency Level → Sub-Accounts → Sub-account Transfers → Send 

Step 3 — Validation by CrocoClick

Once the request is sent:

  1. CrocoClick receives the request

  2. We verify the account

  3. We approve the transfer

The account is then automatically transferred to CrocoClick. No further action is required :)

What is transferred automatically

During the transfer, almost all data remains intact.

Funnels and websites

  • All funnels

  • All websites

  • All pages

Automations

  • workflows

  • triggers

  • actions

  • Active workflows

Contacts remain enrolled in their automations.

Contacts

  • contacts

  • conversations

  • appointments

  • opportunities

  • Complete History

Calendars

Calendars are being transferred.

⚠️ Google Calendar or Outlook connections will need to be reconnected.

Memberships and communities

Everything is preserved:

  • courses

  • members

  • events

  • leaderboard

  • channels

  • Stripe payments for members

API

The account's API keys remain the same.

Users

Users are transferred only if they are assigned exclusively to this account

What is not transferred

Some integrations must be reconnected after migration.

This applies to:

External connections

  • Google

  • Facebook

  • Instagram

  • QuickBooks

  • Other connected services

Ad settings

  • Facebook Ads

  • Google Ads

Payments

  • Subaccount Stripe

Settings to reconfigure after migration

Once your account has been transferred to CrocoClick, you will simply need to reconnect:

  • Google

  • Facebook

  • Stripe

  • your domains

  • your email

This usually takes a few minutes.
