This help article explains how to centralize messages from your Facebook and Instagram accounts directly in the "Conversations" section of CrocoClick.

💡TIP: Connect your networks via the social planner is not enough to receive your messages in the "Conversations" section. You must follow the procedure below 😇

Step 1: Connect your Instagram and Facebook accounts

  1. Log in to your CrocoClick account.

  2. Go to Settings and click on Integrations.

  3. Connect your Instagram and Facebook accounts by clicking on Connect.

  4. You will be asked to connect your personal Facebook account linked to your Instagram account. Make sure your account is logged in to your browser and click Continue as...

  5. Select the Facebook page linked to your Instagram account.

    The notification "Instagram is available for this account!" will appear to inform you that the Instagram account will also be integrated.

  6. Click Connect Facebook and Instagram to continue.

Step 2: Enable Instagram/Facebook DM reception

  1. Once your accounts are integrated, click on the Instagram or Messenger button.

  2. Enable the Receive Instagram messages as DMs option so that all your private Instagram (or Messenger) messages appear in Conversations, and click Save.

💡TIP: Once this integration is complete, you can set up automations to reply to comments on your publications and automatically send private messages based on keywords.
