Add VAT Number field to Order Forms (1-step/2-step)

I want to be able to add a "VAT Number" (N° de TVA) field directly in the 1-step and 2-step order form elements. This is essential for B2B sales to allow companies to provide their tax identification for invoicing and compliance purposes. Currently, there is no native field for this in the checkout elements.
