If you're a user of the GoKollab app, you may have noticed that you can belong to multiple communities at the same time. This can be useful if you're a member of several courses or if you're taking courses on the platform.
However, there may be times when you want to switch communities within your community space.
Or you might want to access any other community space or CrocoClub.
For example, you might want to switch from the CrocoClick club to the community space for your courses. In this article, we'll explain how to do this in both scenarios.
#1. If you want to switch to another community within the space/account...
Step 1: Go to the hamburger menu
First, make sure you're logged into your CrocoClick account. Then, click the hamburger menu in the top-left corner of your screen. This menu is represented by three horizontal lines stacked on top of each other.
Step 2: Access the communities in the space
Once you've clicked the hamburger menu, your communities will appear on the left side of your screen: simply click the name of the one you want to open in the list.
And there you go! You now have access to your community. You can repeat these steps whenever you want to switch from one community to another that you've created.
#2. If you want to switch to another community in a different space/account...
Step 1: Access the "More" menu
To switch spaces in the GoKollab app, you must first access the "More" menu. To do this, open the app and click on the "More" icon at the bottom right of your screen.
Step 2: Log out
In the "More" menu, you'll find the "Log out" option. Click it to log out of your current account.
Once logged out, you will be redirected to the CrocoClick login page.
Step 3: Log in to another account
On the login page, enter your credentials to log in to your account. Make sure to use the credentials associated with the community you want to join.
You will then see a page listing all the accounts and community spaces you have access to
Simply scroll down and select the desired community space. You can now access the community of your choice by clicking on its name.
