You can customize your invoices in CrocoClick by adding custom fields such as company name, SIRET number, or any other information specific to your customer.
These fields will automatically appear on each invoice and quote based on the information in your customer's file.
Step 1 – Access the billing settings

Click on the Payments menu in the left sidebar.
At the top, open the Invoices & Quotes tab.
Click on Settings (⚙️).
In the side section, select Custom Billing Fields.
Step 2 – Create custom fields
In the Custom Billing Fields section, you can add the information you want to appear on your documents.
Click on + Add more custom fields.
Retrieve the custom field you previously created, for example:
Type of activity
Company name
SIRET
Click Save.

Step 3 – Check the display on the invoice
A preview will appear on the right side of your screen.
You can immediately see the position and display of the added fields (e.g., under the customer's name).
Make sure everything is correct, then click Save.
Step 4 – Generate an invoice with the fields visible
When you create a new invoice or quote:
The custom fields you have added will automatically be available in the customer profile.
As soon as they are filled in, they will automatically appear on the invoice.
✅ Example: If you have added the fields "Company name" and "SIRET," these will appear under the customer's name in the Billed to section of the invoice.
Good to know
You can edit or delete a custom field at any time from the settings.
These fields apply to all documents generated from the same account.
If you want a field specific to a single customer, you can enter it directly in the customer's file before editing the invoice.
