Save valuable time with the CrocoClick Advanced Builder keyboard shortcuts. Create, navigate, zoom, and edit your automations without ever touching the mouse.


On macOS, use ⌘, and on Windows/Linux, use Ctrl.

📍 Where to find the shortcuts

  1. Open an automation in the Advanced Builder.

  2. Click on the Keyboard Shortcuts button at the top left (or press K).

  3. A floating window will open with all shortcuts sorted by category:

    • Essentials

    • Editing

    • Display (View)

    • Navigation

    • Tools

💡 TIP: Keep the window open during creation to access your shortcut cheat sheet at any time.

⚙️ How to quickly use keyboard shortcuts

  1. Open your automation in the Advanced Builder.

  2. Press ? (or click the dedicated button) to display the shortcuts sheet.

  3. Use the Edit shortcuts to copy/cut/paste nodes or branches.

  4. Use Navigation to move between blocks and View to zoom or crop.

  5. Use Tools to save, delete, or open panels in a flash.

Concrete example: You are building a marketing automation:

  • ⌘ + C → copy the "Welcome email" sequence

  • ⌘ + V → paste it into another campaign

  • Tab → open actions

  • ⌘ + S → save your changes

Result: a complete automation, built in record time.

📘 Notes & Limitations

  • Availability: currently reserved for the Advanced Builder (soon available for the standard builder).

  • Selection required: some shortcuts only work on selected nodes.

  • Compatibility: combinations may vary depending on your system (macOS, Windows, Linux) or keyboard (AZERTY, QWERTY).
