The LinkedIn Lead Ads integration allows you to automatically synchronize leads from LinkedIn forms (Lead Gen Forms) in CrocoClick, then trigger follow-up automations (qualification, reminders, appointments, etc.).
It is ideal for processing LinkedIn leads without delay or re-entry.
Prerequisites
Access to LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Rights to the LinkedIn advertising account that runs the campaigns.
A LinkedIn Page associated with Lead Gen forms.
CrocoClick
Administrator rights on the CrocoClick space.
Custom fields ready if your forms contain customized questions.
Step 1: activate LinkedIn Lead Ads (if necessary)
Depending on your plan or configuration, integration may require prior activation:
Open the Labs/Beta or Features section (if available).
Enable LinkedIn Lead Ads if an activation switch is available.
Step 2: Connect LinkedIn to CrocoClick
Go to Settings → Integrations.
Open LinkedIn Lead Ads and click Connect.
Log in to your LinkedIn account via OAuth.
Select the advertising account(s) you want to connect.
Good practice: if you manage multiple advertising accounts, only connect the ones you need to avoid duplicates.
Step 3: Choose your synchronization strategy
On the management screen, choose the strategy that suits your situation:
Retrieve recent + new leads
Recommended when connecting for the first time to import recent history.Retrieve only new leads
Use this if everything is already in place and you want to avoid any duplication.
Step 4: Map the forms
In the list of forms, click Map or Play on the relevant form.
Associate each LinkedIn field (email, phone number, custom questions, etc.) with a CrocoClick field.
Save to activate lead retrieval.
⚠️ If you modify the questions on a LinkedIn form during a campaign, come back to update the mapping and create new fields in CrocoClick if necessary.
Step 5: Automate follow-up
Recommended configuration:
Trigger LinkedIn
form submitted (or equivalent depending on the title)Actions
Assign to a sales rep
Create an opportunity
SMS and/or email sequence
Proposal or appointment scheduling
Internal notifications
Tip: add a filter by form name if several forms share the same advertising account.
Management and maintenance
Refresh the list of forms
Use the Refresh button to retrieve new forms created on LinkedIn.
Log out
Go to Settings → Integrations → LinkedIn Lead Ads.
Click Disconnect.
After disconnecting, leads will no longer be imported and associated automations will no longer be triggered.
Troubleshooting
I can't see my forms
Check that the ad account is selected and authorized.
Verify that the forms are linked to a LinkedIn Page.
Refresh the list of forms.
The form appears but no leads are coming through
Check that the form is active in CrocoClick (not paused).
Check the mapping of the required fields.
If possible, test the submission from LinkedIn.
FAQ
Can I connect the same LinkedIn advertising account to multiple CrocoClick spaces?
In general, yes, as long as each space correctly configures its mapping and forms.
Avoid this configuration if you are not familiar with managing duplicates.
