The TikTok integration allows you to automate some TikTok interactions directly from CrocoClick: replying to comments and sending messages via TikTok Messenger (depending on API capabilities).
It is designed to speed up responses, filter interactions, and trigger automations based on TikTok signals.

⚠️ Important
This feature is severely limited by TikTok APIs.
Not available in the EEA, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

Known limitations

No advanced distinction between response types (e.g., responding via DM from a comment).
No TikTok templates.
No attachments, buttons, or quick replies.
Capabilities vary depending on country and account type.
Troubleshooting
Nothing triggers
Check that TikTok is connected in Settings → Integrations.
Check that the automation is published (not in draft form).
Check the filters:
Selected TikTok account
Targeted post
Conditions on text
TikTok channel for messages
Message not sent
Check that the TikTok Interactive Messenger action is available for your account.
Check the permissions granted when logging in.
Test with a comment or a real message.
Best practices
Use strict filters to avoid spam.
Keep responses short and neutral.
Combine TikTok with CRM automations (tags, opportunities, internal notifications).
Test each automation on a dedicated post before rolling it out globally.
