This article details the complete pricing structure of the CrocoClick telephone system.
You will find all costs related to phone numbers, SMS/MMS, voice calls, operator fees, and advanced services.

All prices are in USD as this is the currency used for CrocoClick credits.
1. Renting a phone number
Numbers are billed monthly according to their type and the country from which you are taking your number.
The availability of numbers depends on the regulations of the country and your company's address.
For example, you can only have a local French number if your company is based in France.
Conversely, it is possible to obtain a US toll-free number regardless of your country of origin.
Similarly, prices vary greatly, ranging from $2.88/month for a local French number to $62.50/month for a local Belgian number.

2. Sending SMS messages
SMS pricing depends on the number of segments sent, the sender's country, and the recipient's country. The longer the SMS, the more segments there are.

3. Voice Calls
Voice calls are billed by the minute, depending on the country and type of call.

4. Telephone Intelligence
This module combines three functions that are activated together:
If you enable this option for calls outside the US, you will only be charged for validating the numbers called.

FAQ
Am I charged if an SMS fails to send?
Yes, as soon as a delivery attempt is made, the message is billed. This is why it is often more advantageous to activate phone number verification beforehand.
Why am I being charged for storage when I haven't recorded anything recently?
Old stored recordings continue to be billed.
You can enable automatic deletion of old recordings in:Paramètres → Téléphone → Appels → Suppression automatique des enregistrements.
Can I record calls?
Yes! Simply enable recording in Number Settings → Voice Calls. Recordings can then be listened to from the "Conversations" tab.
Can I create a transcript of calls?
CrocoClick automatically transcribes each recorded call using an internal AI service. Billing: $0.060/min. You will receive a complete transcript of the conversation, which is useful for customer support, sales, or team training.
To take advantage of this option, make sure that call recording is enabled.
Can I use AI to make or receive calls?
