Some users may not receive the "Activate Your Account | CrocoClick.com" email or the [CLUB] email after creating their account.


Don’t worry, here’s what to do 👇

1️⃣ Check your spam folder 📬

  • Open your email inbox (the one you used to sign up).

  • Check the Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder (Gmail).

  • If you find the CrocoClick email, open it and click “Mark as Safe” or “Move to Main Inbox.”

💡 Tip: You can also search directly for “CrocoClick” in your email’s search bar.

2️⃣ If the email is still not there 💨

➡️ Go directly topro.crococlick.com
➡️ Click “Forgot Password”
➡️ Enter your email address, then follow the instructions to set a new password.

This will allow you to access your account even if you never received the initial email.

3️⃣ If you still haven’t received any email 🚨

Don’t panic, we’ve got you covered.
