What to do if you haven't received your activation e-mail or can't connect to CrocoClick
If you haven't received the "Activate Your Account | CrocoClick.com" e-mail or the e-mail to access Club CrocoClick, check your spam, reset your password on pro.crococlick.com or contact support via the help bubble.

Some users may not receive the "Activate Your Account | CrocoClick.com" email or the [CLUB] email after creating their account.
Don’t worry, here’s what to do 👇
1️⃣ Check your spam folder 📬
Open your email inbox (the one you used to sign up).
Check the Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder (Gmail).
If you find the CrocoClick email, open it and click “Mark as Safe” or “Move to Main Inbox.”
💡 Tip: You can also search directly for “CrocoClick” in your email’s search bar.
2️⃣ If the email is still not there 💨
➡️ Go directly topro.crococlick.com
➡️ Click “Forgot Password”
➡️ Enter your email address, then follow the instructions to set a new password.
This will allow you to access your account even if you never received the initial email.
3️⃣ If you still haven’t received any email 🚨
Don’t panic, we’ve got you covered.
Simply click on the small bubble in the bottom right corner of your screen (CrocoClick support icon) and send a message to our team. You can also reach us atsupport@crococlick.com
We’ll create a temporary password so you can log in right away.
