This FAQ answers the most common questions about managing opportunities in CrocoClick.

General questions

How do I export opportunities from CrocoClick?

  1. Go to Opportunities via the left-hand menu.

  2. Click on the menu (3 dots) in the top right corner.

  3. Select Export Opportunities.

  4. The file will be generated and automatically downloaded to your default folder.

How do I share a specific opportunity with my team?

  1. Open the desired opportunity.

  2. Copy the URL from your browser.

  3. Share this link with your colleagues.
    ➡️ They will be taken directly to the opportunity and its details.

How can I track all activities related to an opportunity and find its ID?

  1. Click on the opportunity card.

  2. The opportunity ID is displayed at the bottom left. Click on it.

  3. You will be redirected to the audit logs (activity tracking).
    👉 The logs display all actions performed on the opportunity over the last 60 days.

How does the "Multiple contacts per opportunity" feature work?

  • In an opportunity, you can add additional contacts via the Additional Contacts field.

  • ⚠️ A contact defined as primary cannot be added to the list of additional contacts.

  • If the "Allow duplicate opportunities" option is not enabled, a contact cannot be present in two different opportunities (neither as primary nor as additional).

  • Maximum 10 additional contacts per opportunity.

  • Lists and workflows currently only work on the main contact. (This is expected to change in future updates.)

  • In a contact's file, a dedicated section will soon display all of their related opportunities. (Change coming soon.)

How can I find contacts associated with lost opportunities?

  1. Go to Opportunities.

  2. Click on Advanced Filters.

  3. Under Status, select Lost, then click Apply.

  4. The list will only show lost opportunities.
    ➡️ Click on an opportunity to access the details of the associated contact.

Questions about custom fields

How do I view my custom fields in an opportunity?

  • Open or create an opportunity.

  • Your custom fields will appear in the record.

  • If you have organized your fields into folders, they will be displayed grouped together in the same way.

What is the "Hide empty fields" feature for?

  • When enabled, this option hides all fields without values.
    👉 Result: a clearer, cleaner view that allows you to focus only on the important information.

How do I change the values in the "Reason for loss" field?

  1. Go to Settings > Custom Fields > Folders

  2. Select the "Opportunity" category and click on the "Opportunity Details" folder

  3. Select Loss Reason, then click Edit

  4. Add, delete, or edit your loss reasons, then save.

💡TIP: If you change the name of an existing reason, the change will be applied wherever it was used.
