CrocoLive is designed to integrate seamlessly with CrocoClick, so that every registration and interaction becomes actionable data in your CRM.

1. Automatic creation and updating of contacts

When a prospect registers for a CrocoLive event, their profile is automatically:

  • Created as a new contact in CrocoClick, or

  • Updated if it already existed.

In addition to basic information, 4 custom fields are generated and filled in automatically (these can be found in the contact’s profile, under the “Additional Options” tab):

  • Webinar Link → unique link to access the room.

  • Webinar Replay Link → unique replay link.

  • Webinar Date & Time → date and time displayed to the user (with time zone).

  • Webinar Date Timestamp → technical timestamp to synchronize your reminders and workflows.

2. Triggers and Automations

CrocoLive triggers are not configured in the CrocoClick Automations tab, but directly within each live stream’s settings.

Two actions are possible for each trigger:

  • Add a tag to the contact.

  • Trigger an automation (workflow).

Here is the list of available triggers, sorted by category:

a) Registration and reminders before the live session

  • Upon registration.

  • 2 days before the live event.

  • 1 day before the live stream.

  • 3 hours before the live stream.

  • 30 minutes before the live stream.

b) Participation and interactions

  • When a person attends the live event.

  • When they don’t show up.

  • When they reach 25% / 50% / 75% / 100% of the video.

  • When they click on an offer.

  • When they don’t click on an offer.

c) After the live stream

  • Immediately after the live stream ends (whether present or absent).

  • 1 day after the live stream.

  • 2 days after the live stream.

  • 3 days after the live stream.

d) Replay

  • 1 day later, if the person has watched the replay.

  • 1 day later, if the person hasn’t watched the replay.

  • 1 day later, if they clicked a button on the replay page.

  • 1 day later, if they did not click a button on the replay page.

3. Use Case Examples

  • Targeted replay: An absent attendee automatically receives an email with their Webinar Replay Link.

  • Sales follow-up: A registrant who clicked on the offer is added to a closing sequence.

  • Advanced segmentation: audience “viewed +50% but did not purchase” → remarketing campaign.

  • Personalized reminders: send an automatic SMS 30 minutes before the live event to maximize attendance.

👉 Result: With CrocoLive, your webinars become a key driver within CrocoClick. Every step of the user journey can trigger a tag, an automation, or a targeted follow-up.
