In CrocoClick, you have two ways to manage your appointments: Calendars and Services.

At first glance, they may seem similar... but in reality, these two tabs serve different purposes :)

We'll explain everything in 3 minutes 😎

Calendars

The Calendars tab is the simple, classic solution for managing appointments.

  • A customer books an available time slot.

  • You confirm, and the appointment is automatically added to your calendar.

  • Ideal for: customer follow-ups, introductory calls, free consultations, etc.

👉 Here, the appointment is informal: not necessarily linked to a payment, nor enhanced with options.

Services

The Services tab is an all-in-one version, designed for companies that sell their services directly online.

  • The customer chooses a specific service (e.g., 1-hour massage, coaching, training).

  • They can select variations (duration, package, price).

  • They can add options (add-ons).

  • They can reserve a resource (room, equipment).

  • And above all... they can pay at the time of booking (payment & deposit integration).

👉 Here, the appointment becomes a complete transaction: your customer buys and books in one go.

💡 TIP: What's more, you have direct access to a "service menu," automatically created so you can give the URL to your customers. 🐊

In summary

  • Calendars → classic booking, without mandatory payment.

  • Services → booking + payment + advanced features (variations, add-ons, resources).
