Overview
With CrocoClick, you can automate the sending of an electronic contract to be signed as soon as a prospect submits a form.
The principle: the documents use the Contact fields (standard or customized), which are filled in by the form.
This means your contract is automatically personalized with the prospect's information (name, email, IBAN, address, start date, etc.).
Benefits
Time savings: no need to send each contract manually.
Automatic personalization thanks to custom fields.
Quick collection of legal electronic signatures.
Trigger the contract at the right moment in your process (form filled out, pipeline updated, tag added, etc.).
Real-time status tracking: sent, viewed, signed.
Step 1: Create your document template
Go to Payments → Documents & Contracts → Templates.
Click + New → Create a template (for example: "Service Agreement").
Build your document:
Logo/image
Text (clauses, conditions, presentation of the offer)
Dynamic fields Contact →
{{contact.first_name}},{{contact.email}},{{contact.offre_choisie}}Product table if you want to include prices
Signature block
Save.
Step 2: Create your form that will trigger the sending of the document
Create your form, including all the custom and standard fields you need
If the field does not yet exist (e.g., "IBAN" field), you can create it
Test it: submit the form and check in the Contact file that the information has been saved correctly.
Step 3: Create the automation
Go to Automation → New Workflow → Start from scratch.
Define the Trigger: Form Submitted → select the relevant form.
Add the Send Documents & Contracts action:
Give the action a name (e.g., "Send SUPERCLIENT contract").
Choose the sender (the user through whom the document will be sent).
Select the template created in step 1.
Sending mode:
Send directly = immediate automatic sending.
Create as draft = you can proofread before sending.
Publish your automation.
Step 4: What your prospect receives
A secure email with a link to the document.
The document is pre-filled with their information (custom values).
Signing is done online, directly in the browser, without the need to create an account or download the document.
A signed copy is automatically sent to the prospect by email once signed.
Step 5: Follow up and chase
In Payments → Documents & Contracts → All Documents and Contracts, you can view documents according to their status:
Drafts
Pending signature
Completed
You can also add actions to your automation:
Add a tag ("Contract sent")
Move the opportunity in your pipeline
Send an onboarding email
Generate an invoice or payment (can be configured directly when signing the contract for greater fluidity)
Best practices
Always test the process with your own email address.
Verify that each dynamic field in the document corresponds to a Contact field populated by the form.
Use the Create as draft option to check the rendering during the first few tests.
Enable payment collection directly in the document if necessary.
Set up an automatic reminder if the contract is not signed after a few days.
Automation example
Trigger: "Audit Request" form submitted.
Action: Send Document → "Audit Contract" template.
Wait 3 days → If not signed → Reminder email.
If signed → Tag "Contract signed" + Pipeline "Active customer" + Welcome email.
