How does it work?

• Every month, you automatically receive 1 Credit.

• Certain activities within the AES (gamification, missions, events) also allow you to earn bonus credits.

• Each program has a Credit value (1 Credit per course).

• As soon as you have enough Credits, you can instantly access the course of your choice.

FAQ – Unlocking AES Courses

Q. How many Credits do I get with my subscription?

🎯 You receive 1 AES Credit per month, automatically included with your active subscription.

Q. Can I earn more Credits?

✅ Yes. Thanks to gamification, you can unlock bonus Credits by:

• Participating in Live Sessions

• Interacting with the community

• Completing challenges or missions in the AES

• Reaching a certain level of business development

Q. Do Credits expire?

🕒 No. Unused Credits roll over as long as your AES subscription is active.

Q. What happens if I don’t have enough Credits?

🚫 You won’t be able to unlock the training. You can either:

• Wait until next month to receive a new Credit

• Participate in gamified activities to earn more

Q. Where can I find the complete list of available courses?

📚 Directly in your AES account, under the “Courses” section. Or in the interactive mind map

Q. Some courses aren’t on the list of unlockable courses. Why?

📌 Two possible reasons:

• The training course isn’t finalized yet and will be added later.

• The course is unlocked through another gamified system (e.g., participating in the community to reach certain levels and unlock the course).

Q. The form isn’t unlocking my training course. Why?

🧐 There are several possible reasons:

• You have already unlocked this course

• You don’t have enough Credits

• You are not logged in with the AES email address used in the form

Q. Can I transfer my Credits to another member?

🔒 No. Credits are linked to your personal AES account.
