In-App Upsells are a powerful feature that allows you to offer additional products or offers directly from the My Library page after an initial purchase. This helps you maximize your revenue by encouraging your customers to purchase additional locked courses or bundles.

What is an In-App Upsell?
An In-App Upsell is a method of selling another offer or product from the My Library page. Users will see locked products or course bundles that they can unlock and purchase directly from their account.
For example:
A customer who has purchased a training course may be offered another training course, bundle, or complementary masterclass directly on the page.
Steps to set up an In-App Upsell
Step 1: Create an offer
Before setting up an upsell, you must have the offer you want to propose as an upsell.
Step 2: Add an Upsell
Once in the offer settings, go to the Upsells tab.

Click on the + Add a complementary offer button.

Select Upsell from the available options.

Choose the offer you want to use as an upsell.

Activate the upsell and click Add Upsell Offer.

Customize the order page for an In-App Upsell
Customizing the upsell page allows you to tailor the shopping experience to your brand identity.
Steps to customize an upsell page:
From the upsell list view, click on the Customization button.

In the dedicated section on the left side of the page, modify the desired elements (text, colors, images, etc.).

You can preview your customers' shopping experience to check that everything is working as expected by clicking Preview.

Click Save (top right) to apply your changes.

Once you are satisfied with your changes, activate your upsells so that they appear in your learners' training library.
