Can an affiliate participate in multiple campaigns?
Yes, an affiliate can participate in multiple campaigns. Each campaign will assign them a unique referral link, allowing for accurate tracking of their performance.
💡TIP: Avoid linking the same product to multiple campaigns, as this can lead to errors in your statistics and skew tracking data.
My affiliate campaign isn’t publishing. What can I do?
If your campaign remains in "Paused" status, here are the checks to perform:
Stripe is not connected: Make sure your Stripe account is properly configured to process payments.
No affiliates added: Add affiliates to your campaign so it can be activated.
Once these issues are resolved, your campaign should change to "Active" status (indicated by a green color).
Where can I find the affiliate links for each campaign?
Each affiliate receives a unique referral link for every campaign they participate in. Here’s how to view them:
Go to the Affiliates section of your dashboard.
Click on the name of the relevant affiliate.
Scroll down to the Active Referral Links tab.
There you will find a list of active campaigns with the corresponding affiliate link URLs.
